The app and this website handle information differently. Here is what the current experience does.
Inside the app
Assessments and saved projects are stored locally on your device. The app has no user account, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, developer backend or live AI service.
Your reports
You choose when to copy, print or export a report. What happens to an exported file depends on where you save or share it. You can delete saved projects inside the app.
On this website
The online tool calculates assessments in your browser using the same calculation code as the app. Entered property information and saved projects are not sent to our hosting service. Projects, settings and language are stored locally in this browser. Clearing website data removes them. There are no advertising, tracking analytics or embedded social-media widgets.
Hosting and security
Requests to view the website are processed by its hosting infrastructure. Technical information such as your IP address, requested page and browser information may be processed for delivery, security and operational logging. Hosting does not receive your app’s locally stored assessments through this website.
Optional feedback
The feedback controls create an email draft in your own email application. You decide whether to send it. If sent, the message, your email address and any information you include are received in our Gmail support inbox and used to handle your feedback or request. Assessment data is not attached automatically.
External links
Official sources and future app-store links lead to other organisations. Their own privacy practices apply when you visit them. A private review preview may additionally require the preview provider’s sign-in.
