The app records documents and versions for the guidance it supports. A source reference does not establish that a rule applies to your parcel.
Planning frameworks
The current app includes a conditional general land-dedication model for supported Local Plan and rural Policy Statement cases. Specific local rules, exemptions and parcel applicability still need checking.
Applications and routes
Planning and building form references support indicative application stages and possible alternatives. The app does not confirm eligibility, all attachments, inspection requirements or permission deadlines.
Updates
Government publications are reviewed before changes are activated in a new app release. Documents and legal rules do not update automatically in an installed app.
What remains unverified
Permitted uses, parking, setbacks, surveyed geometry, actual height discrepancies, title and approval status, and special conditions require the appropriate professional or authority. The app does not implement every Cyprus planning provision.
